These terms govern your use of Depaza. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
01The service
Depaza provides an AI chat assistant, a developer API and a coding CLI, hosted in the European Union. We may improve, change or add features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as available" basis.
02Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. Do not share credentials or let others use your account in breach of these terms.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to use Depaza to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate or distribute malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or evade quotas and security controls. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the outputs.
04Plans, billing and credits
Paid plans and prepaid API credits are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; prepaid credits are consumed as you use the API. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
05Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Depaza software and brand. You retain your rights in the content you submit. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the outputs the service generates for you.
06Disclaimers
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depaza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Termination
You may stop using Depaza and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
